I can't work out 6 days a week forever so the full fledged P90X will be done in intermittent periods. But I now have the P90X DVD's, the P90X+ DVD and Tony Horton's One on One DVD's so I can switch up my workout and find plenty to "maintain" in the "off time" when I am only working out 4-3 days a week...:-)

Congrats on getting this far. the last phase is rough (and longer) but it is also where you see the most improvement. Push hard and get all out of it you can. Well worth it when you finish...this round!Golfintigerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08471557137060714765noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6546055742543922270.post-5609935689406468942008-11-21T09:04:00.000-06:002008-11-21T09:04:00.000-06:00Jessica,I don't think 90 Days is the end. The 90 ...Jessica,

I don't think 90 Days is the end. The 90 Days is a transition period. Its ingraining the habit of a regular fitness routine in your life. Its not a program where you all of a sudden finish.

Thatis why I'm slowly transitioning this blog. Its no longer "P90X Mission." Its about overall fitness as a long term way of life, not just a 91 day program.

More to come about how I'm changing the blog, but thanks for your continued comments.Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13867646766173472988noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6546055742543922270.post-1208908173506275782008-11-21T08:19:00.000-06:002008-11-21T08:19:00.000-06:00THAT IS HILARIOUS!!! I'm way proud of you...week 9, only 4 more to go. I am scared that I am going to be sad when I am done. I am so loving P90x. It's the 1st time in my life I have ever worked out 6-7 days a week and truly loved it. Anyway-nice work.life in a positive directionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00087474134652557691noreply@blogger.com
