That's right folks. I'm turning myself in. I missed a P90X workout. Saturday was just plain weird for me. I was in a weird mood all day and lacked motivation. I kept putting off my workout. When it came down to it, it was bed time and I hadn't completed my workout.
Well, I recovered today. This morning I made up my Chest Shoulders and Triceps workout that I didn't complete yesterday. I followed it up with Ab Ripper X (I did surprisingly well for me on Ab Ripper today, that was a nice surprise.
I spent the day doing errands around the house, I ran some coaxial cable through the attic and installed a new cable outlet in the master bedroom. I watched the Bears win. I took a little nap and around 5:30 I kicked off Plyometrics.
That's right, I did a strength workout and Plyo on the same day. All told I burnt something like 1400 calories for the day. I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight!
The moral of the story? I'm not so sure. I did miss my workout yesterday and I had no good reason. I'm pretty mad at myself for giving in. At the same time I brought it today and got myself right back on schedule. I guess this is where "Do your best and forget the rest" comes in.
